Sourcing
Suitable coffee is identified through farm, cooperative and established supply network relationships.
Quality confirmation
Applicable quality controls are agreed and evidence is provided before acceptance.
Commercial terms
Price basis, quantity, tolerances, packaging and timelines are recorded in writing.
Incoterm
The delivery term is agreed and applied consistently across the contract.
Documentation
The documentary set required by the buyer, bank and destination market is defined up front.
Payment
The payment structure is agreed and aligned to the documentary and performance conditions.
Shipment
Packaging, containerisation and shipment proceed against the agreed terms.
Completion
Documents are presented and the transaction is closed out as contracted.

LC
Documentary Letters of Credit may be considered subject to issuing bank, wording and documentary conditions.
TT
Telegraphic Transfer structures may include advance payment, deposit and balance, or payment against agreed documentation.
Escrow
For suitable transactions, independent escrow may be considered to enhance payment and performance security.
Other Bankable Structures
Guarantees, documentary collections and other appropriate banking structures may be discussed where commercially appropriate.
